How to Measure Yourself- General Size Chart Guidelines

Bust: Measure the fullest part of your breasts by wrapping a tape measure around and under your arms. 

Waist: Measure the smallest part of your waistline allowing one finger between your body and the measuring tape.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips with your heels together. 

Vintage Measurements: Find a garment you own that fits you best. Lay the item flat and measure across the front. Use these measurements to compare/determine appropriate sizes when it comes to desired vintage items.

Bust: Measure the garment just under the arms.

Waist: Measure the narrowest part of the garment. For skirts and pants measure the top.

Hips: Measure the widest part of a garment, which is just below the waistline.

Length: Tops- Measure from top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment. Pants & Skirt-Measure from the waist to the bottom of the garment. Sleeves- Measure from the top of the sleeve to the bottom.
