You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items can be returned using the shipping method of your choice, at your expense, or brought into the store.
We recommend using a trackable service. If you send a return without tracking and we don't receive the item we will not issue a credit.

Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
What items are returnable?
Trendy and Tipsy accepts returns on unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 14 days of sending the product out. Failure to meet these criteria deems purchases non-refundable and will be denied.
All Last Call Vintage Repurposed Vintage items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product(s), due to the items being one-of-a-kind.
Shoes, swim, hats, body chains and belts can be returned for store credit only within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
All jewelry and accessories (excluding body chains belts) are final sale.
All sale items, promotional sales (over 20% off discount codes used), accessories and special orders are final sale and NOT eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
To exchange a product, we recommend ordering the product you want in the correct size while the inventory is in stocl. We are happy to provide a full return for the items that meet our return policy criteria when its sent back.
