Delays on Tracking Information Displaying correctly- USPS

Orders are being picked up and delivered to the 3rd party carriers regularly throughout the week. Once your order has been confirmed as shipping out, it will go out with the next batch that is picked up. You may see a delay in seeing tracking movement once the carrier receives the package to when it is in route due to a higher than usual amount of packages being shipped - this means your tracking number may not show updates for a few days after it is made. Continue to check the tracking for updates and contact the carrier if you have an questions or concerns.******** 

Currently, online orders are being processed from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday and through the weekend will be processed the following week as quickly as possible.  


Order Processing Time-

Most orders will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class/Priority Mail, some orders may be sent via UPS ground. Orders with standard shipping typically process to ship out within 2-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during promotional sales may take 5-14 business days to process. 

The only way to expedite processing is by selecting the Express Priority Shipping option at checkout, orders placed with this option will process in 1-2 business days. *Pre-Order items are not eligible for expedited processing. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.


Multiple Fulfillment Locations-

We keep online stock in multiple locations, your order may be partially sent from different locations in multiple shipments. This may mean items take different times to process and ship to you depending on where the stock is in our system. Be sure to check your shipping confirmation email to see which items have shipped in that shipment, if you do not see all of the items from your order be on the lookout for another shipment email from us with a separate tracking number.



We have partnered with Route to provide a complimentary on demand tracking service for all orders. Route automatically connects to everything you’ve ordered while allowing you to visually track your packages, anytime, anywhere. Add Route Package Protection at checkout and unlock full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues.


Route Package Protection-

 For a small fee, Route Package Protection will cover lost, stolen, and/or damaged items that fit certain criteria. If added to your order, Route will refund/reorder protected orders once the allotted time has passed.  

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of some of our products, an exact replacement may not be available. In this instance, store credit or a comparable item will be offered. 

Pricing: Add Route Package Protection for only $0.98 for orders under $100 and 2% for orders more than $100.

If you choose not to add the protection, orders that end up lost/stolen during shipping will not be replaced/refunded by Trendy and Tipsy for any reason. As always, T&T will gladly replace/refund damaged or defective items. If you believe your order is damaged or defective please contact us at

Products marked as "pre-order" are advance ordering of items that are not yet in stock. Most pre-order products will have an estimated shipping date in the product description. This date is only our best estimate of when the items will be in stock and is subject to change without notice. 


Custom Orders

If you would like to place a custom order for one of our repurposed vintage styles, please reach out to us directly. Custom orders will take a minimum of 4-8 weeks to process, produce and ship.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico via USPS priority mail for a fee of $10.95 with an expected delivery time of 6-9 days. Priority Express is unavailable at this time.

Express orders placed before 11am PST will be shipped the same business day, excluding weekends which will be shipped the following Monday.

We have no control over carrier shipping times or customs clearance and delays from such will not be considered lost or needing replacement/refunding until the claims process has completed.
