Return/ Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

Trendy and Tipsy accepts returns and exchanges within 21 days of receiving the product(s). All Last Call Vintage items must be returned within days of receiving the product(s), due to the items being one-of-a-kind. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached. Failure to meet these criteria deems purchases non-refundable and will be denied.

Refunds (if applicable):
-Upon the failure of meeting our Return/Exchange Policy we will email you and there will be no refunds available.
-If you are approved, choose a return for store credit or for a refund.

-Please note, returns for a store credit gift card will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Final Sale Items:
-Sale items, accessories, swimwear, and special order items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

-Promotional sale items are eligible for store credit only.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. When sending back merchandise, consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for returns/exchanges, as Trendy and Tipsy is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

Return Instructions:
-Please fill out the Return/Exchange form that was included in your original package and include it in with the merchandise. If you have misplaced the form email us at support@trendyandtipsy.com.
-Address your Return/Exchange Package to:

Exchange Instructions:
- Place a new order online for the item you want to exchange for.
- Contact Customer Care by emailing support@trendyandtipsy.com.
- Note your new exchange order on our Returns and Exchanges Form and include it in your package along with the item(s) you are returning.
- Address your Return/Exchange Package to:

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
-Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
-If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
support@trendyandtipsy.com.

Gifts:
-If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate credit code will be emailed to you.
-If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
